Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Finqrate website, the Quarterbook data product, the AI × Finance Cohort, and any related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Quarterbook provides structured financial data derived from public NSE and BSE filings and earnings calls. The AI × Finance Cohort is a paid, time-boxed educational program delivered live online.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid offerings.

All data, content and materials provided through the Services are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

Finqrate is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified, registered adviser before acting on any information.

You must provide accurate information when registering interest, enrolling in a cohort or contacting us, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or registration.

Cohort fees are stated at the point of enrolment and are payable in Indian Rupees. Registering interest is free and does not create a payment obligation; we collect payment only after you are accepted into a cohort.

Refunds for the cohort are governed by the refund policy communicated at enrolment — currently, a full refund is available up to seven days before the cohort start, and within the first week if the program is not the right fit.

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute or sublicense Quarterbook data except under a written licensing agreement; not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services; and not to use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

The Services, including the Finqrate name, branding, software, datasets and course materials, are owned by Finqrate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use cohort materials for your own learning; it does not transfer ownership.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we cross-check Quarterbook data against exchange filings, we do not warrant that all data is accurate, complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finqrate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
